BioCon is a web-based visual process flow editor for chemical and biotechnological production modeling. The service includes a free local mode and optional cloud features for registered users.

  • You may use BioCon in local mode without creating an account.
  • To access cloud features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You retain all rights to the process models and data you create using BioCon. The BioCon platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of BioCon and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Storage

  • Local Mode: Data is stored in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser cache clearing.
  • Cloud Mode: We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and integrity of your stored data, but do not guarantee against data loss.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BioCon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The calculations and simulations provided are for educational and planning purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for engineering decisions. Always verify results independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

BioCon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
